Today I ran outside with short sleeves on. This may not sound impressive, but mid-March in Minnesota is not known for tropical breezes. I came home and noticed that my entire garden was free of the snowy blanket that had engulfed it only days ago. On further inspection I noticed something amazing…a mint sprig shooting out of the dense black soil!
