Go With the Whole Grain (Complete Resource)
The health benefits of a diet rich in whole grain are significant, and whole grain has received greater public emphasis with the current Dietary Guidelines for Americans, which recommmend three or more 16-gram servings (48 grams total) a day. The USDA MyPyramid tool recommends "make half your grains whole." Based on these recommendations, Go With the Whole Grain is an educational toolkit that provides practical resources to help you and your clients learn about and choose more whole grain.
